Sandy Headwall
Mt. Hood
(2 Days)Guided Alpine Climbs Mt. Hood

Framing the impressive west face of Mt. Hood, Sandy Headwall is one of the most beautiful snow and ice routes anywhere. Due to its more remote location, it is not often climbed. The steep ice shown here is the 1937 variation to the route.

Coe Glacier Icefall
Mt. Hood
(2 Days)

Many steep ice pitches lead to the top of the icefall, providing the climber with a great adventure. This is certainly Mt. Hood's most difficult ice climb.

Cost: $750 for one climber, $500 per climber for groups of two or more.

 

West Ridge
Mt. Washington
(1 Day)

One of Mt. Washington's premier rock routes, the West Ridge is one of the most sustained routes on the mountain. Containing 7 pitches of technical rock up to 5.8 in difficulty, this climb places the climber in incredible positions on the ridge with sweeping views down either side. Significant previous climbing experience is required.

Jefferson Park Glacier
Mt. Jefferson
(3 Days)Guided Alpine Climbs Mt. Jefferson

This route is the quintessential alpine climb of the Oregon Cascades. The Jefferson Park Glacier route encompasses significant steep climbing in all mediums, snow, ice and rock. Steep glacier ice followed by a long rock ridge leads to moderate snow climbing to reach the summit pinnacle. A few pitches of moderate but exposed rock on the pinnacle lead to the summit of Oregon’s most difficult peak. Significant previous climbing experience is required.
